For dinner I made a simple skirt steak seasoned with low sodium taco seasoning and salt and pepper over a cabbage salad with blue cheese dressing.

It’s from Megan Gilmore’s Fresh Healthy Instant Pot. I love all her stuff (and so far everything I’ve tried from it has been great). Definitely not keto, though.

Ah I’ll have to try it once I get to my goal weight. I’ve gained a few lbs back that I need to lose. I got a little lazy there for about a month.
