Thoughts and Movin’

So a little while back I spoke about Battling mid-life and how one of the things I would love to do is help people. While I have had a successful career in the lab, helping people in general, is something I’ve always enjoyed doing. Be it an inspirational quote, or a quick chat, I love helping people feel better.
