Good luck to everyone racing this weekend. It’s been a year since I’ve done a half marathon and 5 years since I’ve done a full…but this quote was always something that hit home with me so I wanted to share it! Cheers and good luck!!
What’s your favorite distance to run? Are you racing this weekend?
My name is Michelle and I am a retired Air Force Master Sergeant. I have found a passion for running, cooking, writing, photography and all things that move my love for life! I've ran 3 full marathons, with a PR of 4:25, and 17 half marathons with a PR of 2:00:11 (yup-missed sub 2 by 11 seconds, lol). Thanks for joining me on my journey!

My running days are well back in life’s rearview mirror. Walking is my passion now. I usually do about 4 miles in an hour, and I sometimes push for a longer time and distance at one of my favorite nature parks.
i’m a walker, but good luck to all!

I can’t run because of my right knee. Will probably be boxing, lifting weights, and Zumba.

New Here. Honestly my favorite distance to run is 1 mile. I feel like I can always say I went the extra mile, just by hitting that mile mark!

Welcome! Thanks for stopping by!!! The first mile is always the hardest for me, LOL! But any distance is a good distance in my book! 🙂
