We had a fun day at Disney Springs. Sometimes it’s nice to just take a reset from the stressors of life. Heres a few highlights.






Happy Friday!!! I just got home from a wonderful evening with my dear friend, and totally forgot to post my workout. Got a short mile and a half in after work, core and light weights!



Happy Wednesday!!! I managed a two mile run and a one mile walk on the treadmill after work. It wasn’t fast but got it done!! I’ve got a long ways to go but doing my best to keep consistent! How was your day?! ❤️🏃🏻♀️
Our daughter had a sleepover tonight, so naturally we took advantage of the time and did…yard work lol. We grabbed wings at our local pub and picked up the third round of mulch for our flower beds.



The front isn’t too exciting but am loving our backyard transformation.

Happy Monday!!! I honestly could’ve have come up with an excuse not to workout today. But decided to take my own advice from this morning and get it done. 2 mile progressive run (increased speed as I went, keeping it at a pace I could keep a good heart rate) and a .5 mile cooldown walk. Felt good to actually be running despite how much I don’t like the treadmill lol.

Happy Sunday! It was a nice but quick weekend over here. I just finished the book “Where the crawdads sing” on Friday, so we saw the movie that just came out this weekend. Highly recommend!!!
Today was a relaxing day at the pool with our neighborhood friends.
