I’m trying to…….figuring out the road map of being older/getting older is taking a while…did something to my old man’s back (turn 63 and everything hurts?) so biking and swimming back to running as soon as all is well…..aiming at either a half or a full marathon in October….and at least one trip into the mountains…

If it makes you feel better I threw my back out getting up from the dentist chair when I was 43…between that and my knees at 49, everything hurts lol!! Good luck with your training and listen to your body!
