Tuesday’s short run!!

Happy Tuesday, everyone!!! I hope you’re all having a fantastic day!! My daughter arrives tonight, so I decided to get a workout in before we pick her up.
It’s been so darn hot here in FL, so when the temps dropped to 82/real feel of 89-I knew I needed to get outside. See, for me running just isn’t about fitness, it’s my therapy of sorts and has been most of my life. I only had 35-40 minutes so I ran one mile, and walked/ran the second mile. Yay for my first time running outside in ages. It felt great despite the temps.

  1. Glad you got to run outdoors today. Enjoy your time with your daughter.

    BTW, I’m glad to see that your HR is less steady during your walk than it is during your run. Mine seems to be all over the place. I was beginning to worry that it wasn’t normal.

      1. Probably not. Often my HR will jump up to the highest level for the run during the first minute or so and then level off or, go all over the place. It’s just odd. I guess as long as we feel okay, it shouldn’t be anything to worry about.
