Today was my first day back at the hospital and I worked a full day. It felt great to see everyone, but I’m a little worn out. I did made a yummy cauliflower mash with bacon, garlic, chives and Parmesan cheese and pan fried fish. So good and low in carbs which I’m doing for a while to try and kick start my system. Not being able to workout for a month has made the scale move in the wrong direction lol. Friday will be my two year plank-a-versary!!! How was your day!!??
