I love October!! I definitely miss the Fall in the Midwest, but our humidity is dropping and it feels lovely!! I had a little setback today but some Benedryl and a nap definitely helped. Today is my two year anniversary of daily planks!! How was your day! Happy Friday!!
My name is Michelle and I am a retired Air Force Master Sergeant. I have found a passion for running, cooking, writing, photography and all things that move my love for life! I've ran 3 full marathons, with a PR of 4:25, and 17 half marathons with a PR of 2:00:11 (yup-missed sub 2 by 11 seconds, lol). Thanks for joining me on my journey!

Glad you are enjoying your weather! Ours has been quite lovely as well for this time of the year. A quiet day, my dear husband offered to go out and do our shopping without me so I enjoyed a nice long bath while he was gone. 😊 💞

Congrats on the plank streak! I like the cooler weather too…and less humidity. Certainly much nicer running weather than the last 3 or 4 months.

Enjoy your planks. I did something similar but with press-ups. Over time it does have an impact.

Michelle, congratulations on your continuing exercise regimen. Having grown up in Montana and now living in Ohio, I appreciate the autumn season.

I must admit I am not too excited when the windy cold brings an Arctic feeling.
