Today was my first day back at the hospital and I worked a full day. It felt great to see everyone, but I’m a little worn out. I did made a yummy cauliflower mash with bacon, garlic, chives and Parmesan cheese and pan fried fish. So good and low in carbs which I’m doing for a while to try and kick start my system. Not being able to workout for a month has made the scale move in the wrong direction lol. Friday will be my two year plank-a-versary!!! How was your day!!??

Let me know if you do! It was so easy. Add a splash of half and half to the mash, and season with salt, pepper and a dash of cayenne and garlic powder.

Good to see you back at work. My day has filled with some worry. My vaccinated father was admitted to hospital with irregular heart beat, weakness, and dehydration. He’s 85, and his Covid test is positive.
