Tonight we went out for all you can eat crab legs. My husband cut us off after three baskets. 🤣






We also enjoyed live music.
This is a change from my normal weekday routine which was nice.

I’ll be honest, I haven’t been getting my cardio workouts in for almost a month. While I’ve kept up with weights and yoga stretches, I’ve been too exhausted between menopause and work to put in any effort after work.
But it’s mentally important to me to keep going. My “therapy” was my dog (who I lost 3 1/2 years ago), and running/walking. Take away both and this girl is a hot mess.
So I took it to the treadmill after work for a short 1.8 mile walk. Baby steps, right?
My point? We’re all struggling in one way or another. So do what you can, even if it’s just spreading love, kindness and motivation through random little memes, or walking after work to clear your mind. Every little bit helps. 🙏🏻


I decided to put a positive spin on stir fry!! Here it goes!

Sautéed peppers, onions, peppers and garlic with baked chicken thighs topped with pickled red onions. Delish!!
We don’t really get fall in Florida, which I really miss-but this hit home for me. Happy Sunday!

We’ve moved a lot the last 30 years, and making friends as you get older can be tough. We’ve been lucky to have met a family in our neighborhood that we’ve clicked with and today we went to Epcot for the day. Such a great day. Here’s a few pics!!
