I miss being this kind of runner. I was not only a runner, but a pace group leader. That’s me on the far left. Goal this year is to get back to this place.

How do you make a comeback from a setback!?

You have a goal in mind, and that’s a great start. Also I’m a firm believer of, if you’ve done it once, you can do it again x

Slow and steady. Let go of where you were, embrace where you are. It may be that you don’t get back to exactly where you were — and that’s not a bad thing, because we grow and change. The huge change in climates definitely come into play, too. Of course you’re going to be slower if you’re in a hot & humid environment!
And most of all, enjoy the process!

Thanks, Judy for the sound advice. I truly appreciate it. Sometimes we just have to get out of our own heads.
