Happy Monday!!

Running, Recipes, and Real life adventures!

Today we didn’t do a darn thing. My hubby had drill duty so my daughter and I watched a series on Amazon Prime.
We did decide to make roasted pumpkin seeds with the seeds we reserved from Halloween. We had three cups of seeds so we split them up. Half old bay and half creole seasoned. So good and so easy. 1 tbsp of melted butter to each batch, and season with whatever you want. Roast in a 300 degree oven for about 45 minutes, mixing every 15-20 minutes. Note-this recipe is for seeds that are already dry.

Sooo good. How was your Sunday?
Cheers,
Michelle
Slow down. Take care of you!

I’ve been a bit absent lately. You know. Life and all that jazz. Still tired, but doing my best every day.

How have y’all been?
Cheers,
Michelle
Happy Tuesday!! Sticking with my restart, and knowing I have plans after work tomorrow-I got my walk completed. Am I running? Not quite yet, but I’m moving, and that’s what matters-right? Finished up with my daily plank!
How was your day?

Cheers!
Michelle
Happy Monday!! Wasn’t feeling the best, but the hubby and I got out for some miles after a long work day. Finished up with my plank…and sunsets-because they are my favorite.
How was your day?! #monday

Today we spent the day at the pool. It was overcast but a lovely, quiet day. We finished the day by watching the Bucs beat the Bears which is bittersweet as well always love the Chicago sports teams.

How was your day?
Cheers,
Michelle
