Today we didn’t do a darn thing. My hubby had drill duty so my daughter and I watched a series on Amazon Prime.
We did decide to make roasted pumpkin seeds with the seeds we reserved from Halloween. We had three cups of seeds so we split them up. Half old bay and half creole seasoned. So good and so easy. 1 tbsp of melted butter to each batch, and season with whatever you want. Roast in a 300 degree oven for about 45 minutes, mixing every 15-20 minutes. Note-this recipe is for seeds that are already dry.

Sooo good. How was your Sunday?
Cheers,
Michelle
I’ve never tried pumpkin seeds. Thanks for sharing Michelle. Sunday filled up with worship, brunch at home, Browns football, and catching up on several blogs.
