Wednesday run!

Happy Wednesday!!! Weights, core and a 2.5 mile interval run was just what I needed to turn my day around.

  1. Keep it goin’ Michelle! I am adding more indoor biking to my daily regimen of exercise. I am still walking, but I am eager to bring my biking numbers back to where I was a couple of years ago.
