Wednesday workout and reminder

Happy Wednesday!!!! I had a Dr. appt after work, so only had about 20 minutes. I could have sat down and relaxed, but I hoped on the treadmill instead for an incline walk! I also did 5 sets of 40 each of sit-ups. Every little bit counts, right?!
