I’ll admit I’ve lacked motivation lately. Post Covid + menopause has really kicked my butt. My body is hanging on for dear life to the 7-8 lbs I gained, and it’s bugging the daylights out of my self esteem.
But while driving to work today, I saw a cardinal that crossed my path, and I decided today was going to be a good day, and you know what? It was a great day!
Another cardinal crossed my path driving home, and I decided to take my friend’s advice and celebrate the joy that I GET to run/walk.
I used that to motivate me to get moving and lose these lbs somehow. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
