Happy Tuesday! Another crazy day, but managed to get a core workout and my plank done. For dinner we had roasted spaghetti squash, with Italian Turkey sausage sautéed with shallots, garlic, red pepper flakes and mushrooms with a no sugar added tomato sauce. Delish! How was your day?
