goals

November goals…

Oops, I am a day late in my November goal post I promised myself I’d write.

Better late than never, right?

With running/racing season nearing it’s end for me, I decided I would make goals for myself for each month of winter.  Last winter was brutally rough for me, between being injured and living in Chiberia with the Polar vortex nearly wiping me out I knew I needed to start this winter off with a positive force.

November goals:

Yoga at least once per week

Weight training 3 times per week

Dreadmill running 2-3 times per week, even if its just a couple miles

Epsom salt baths, weekly

Continue decluttering at least ONE space in my house/life EVERY week (I will post for accountability)

Continue cataloging/blogging my recipes so I can get enough documented recipes to work on my e-cook book.

I’ll do a blog post each Sunday, reporting back how I did for the week.  If you’d like to join in, HOLLA!

What are some of your November goals?

  1. My November goal is tied up with writing once again. For the second consecutive year, I am doing NaBloPoMo, 30 posts in 30 days. Don’t ask me how… last year I was unemployed and had plenty of time, but this year I barely have time to breathe. Wish me luck!

  2. My goals are to get in my work full time again groove, unpack and assemble yet another house! Gah! And just try to find a good yoga studio, gym schedule and just try to get used to this new place! The de-clutter thing sounds good too though!

  3. ♡ your goals! Mine are to do 21 Day Fix starting tomorrow, run (outdoors with my friend preferably) 3 times a week, learn more about natural immune boosters to help fend off an illness and the resulting asthma attack, run/walk my 8K on 11/16 in under 1:15:00, and clean/declutter one room per week for the next 2 months.

  4. Epsom baths are the best!!! I a firm believer in them and typically opt for them over ice baths following long runs. November goals for me are to formulate a solid half marathon training schedule and keep up the consistent training. And stay focused since there are no more races on the schedule until January.

  5. Looks like some good, achievable goals! Mine include continuing to run 4 days/week with one longish run on the weekends; yoga at least once/week; crossfit once/week; and trying to get some control over these teenage boys. I’m at a loss on that one!

  7. Yay for making goals! I think goals always help keep us on track in life. I still gotta make my November goals, but top of the list is making a decision about my December Marathon and being happy with that decision 🙂
