Well, between being sick for weeks, and now migraine and allergies kicking my butt, I succumbed to going to Urgent care today. Three shots, two in places I care not to discuss, and am awaiting meds from the pharmacy tomorrow. Let’s pray this is it for this girl! Thanks for all the good vibes and prayers.

8 years ago today I earned my marathon PR. I don’t see another full in my future, so I love to celebrate this memory.
Also-last but not least, it’s my 22 year old daughter’s birthday today. Cheers to her, the very first true love of my life.

How’s your week going?
Cheers,
Michelle
7 years ago today I ran with my husband for his first half marathon. We finished in 2:05. Such an awesome day. Still suffering from a migraine so wanted to share something good.

Cheers,
Michelle
Had today planned off to spend with the hubby. Spent it trying to battle a migraine. Eyes are swollen so took tomorrow off. The old me wouldn’t do that, but now that I’m getting older I’ve realized I need to take time for my health.
Hope you all had a great day!

I’m still not feeling 100% but my friend got us tickets for the football game today so I couldn’t say no. We had a blast. Bucs win!

Some of the best times of my life were spent in the Air Force! 20 years to be exact! Today is the 74th birthday of the Air Force!!
Cheers!

I read a great post yesterday and it was on my heart to expand my feelings.

I don’t know about you, but for whatever reason these last couple of years/aging have kicked my butt.
Cheers, Michelle
Today’s post is my throwback Thursday. 9 years ago today I ran a 20 mile race with my sister in 3 hours and 39 minutes. in preparation for my first full marathon. Sadly that marathon didn’t go so well but I I did finish strong.
Posting this to remind myself that I once did some pretty amazing things, and even if I still can’t do the same things as I once could, that I’m doing my best.
Remind yourself that no matter what, you’re doing the best you can in life! 🥰

Cheers,
Michelle
