Movin' it with Michelle

Today, after months of work we finally finalized our Wills. Seems early as we’re only 48-49 years old, but I’ve lost so many friends and coworkers in the last two years, so I wanted to make sure my family is taken care of, God forbid something happens. It was a little emotional to be honest, but fulfilling to say the least. Taking care of my girls has always been my number one. May they never go without. 🙏🏻❤️

We took a day off work today to enjoy our beautiful weather!! Disney springs for the day, and a date night for the hubby and myself. Here’s some pics!!

Today was a self care day. I got a mani/pedi, and was blessed to meet up with a dear friend from when I lived in IL. She was one of the first friends I made when we moved there in 2011, and it was so wonderful to reconnect.
I also took a nap. Yup. It was awesome. I have zero guilt for taking a self care day!!

I’ve had a lingering headache all week with our crazy weather, so I took a much needed rest day. A nap trumped my workout…it’s no wonder I can’t lose these last five lbs lol. I did get my daily plank done, as well as lots of steps in while at work.
