Wednesday conundrum
Well, unfortunately I ended up stubbing my pinky toe while going to the rest room in the middle of the night. Corner of bed-1, Michelle’s toe-0. Sooooo no running/walking for me today. So my workout was planting this cute little Crepe myrtle tree in the back yard as one of the ones I planted didn’t seem to be doing well. That counts as a workout, right? Also got in my daily plank.

Monday motivation
Happy Monday, everyone!! We’ve got friends coming to visit this weekend, and I plan to have a ton of fun-so decided to start the week out right!!! 3 sets of crunch, glutes and my daily plank, followed by a 2 mile interval run. I’m lacking on speed so want to slowly condition myself for quicker short runs. While this pace isn’t quick at all for how I used to run, it was a nice improvement for my current running days.

Gosh we had such a nice weekend. We met some new neighbors that moved down here to Florida from IL, too, and instantly bonded.
They invited us over to their home/pool yesterday and we had a blast. So much so I forgot to take pictures.
Today we went to our neighborhood pool, and went for an early dinner-sushi!
