Who’s with me?!?
Still babying my lower back and knees for the half marathon next weekend. Got a good strength and core workout done, AND the hubby treated me with a gift card for a massage today which I thankfully redeemed! The therapist said I need to work on my stretching and flexibility so I need to bring yoga back on deck.

Wednesday and 10k’s

Happy Wednesday, everyone!! This week’s long run called for a 10k “race” so I paced us appropriately. With cooler temps, a light breeze and ☀️, we were able to finish with negative splits. Despite being a lot slower than I used to be, I’ll admit I was pretty darn proud of us after finishing this run. 🏃🏻‍♀️🥰
