Happy Monday!!! I managed to get a 2 mile run and a half mile cooldown tonight. I also did some yoga stretching, and core! How was your day?! 🙌🏻🏃🏻‍♀️

It rained and was gloomy most of today which always makes me out of sorts. I was so looking for a fun filled weekend after a very few stress filled weeks, but we had yesterday at least.

I had a good ugly cry brought on by missing my Sammy, but got through it.

Here’s a good reminder.

Happy Wednesday!!! Weights, core and a 2.5 mile interval run was just what I needed to turn my day around.
