For those that have been following for the last few years, you may remember me asking for prayers for my Mother in law. She’s had a hard battle with cancer, and passed away two nights ago, and our hearts are broken.
Please do what you love, every day. Call a friend, smile at a coworker, and be thankful for every day we are given another day to live.
Life is truly short. 🙏🏻

Dear Michelle, I just saw your post and have said a prayer for your mother-in-law. In our faith we believe that if you do positive acts of service in the name of the person who has passed, it helps the progress of their soul in the next life. I have met a lot of people who have run races in the name of people who have crossed over to the other side in the Team in Training program. If you decide to run in her name, I would be happy to contribute.

The older one gets, the more one realizes how short life is. For some reason, time speeds up exponentially – the more years you age, the faster time goes.
