Happy Monday!!! I’m excited to report, that I took my own advice from this morning! I did two miles of walk/running on the treadmill after work along with weights. I read for 45 minutes after work, and made a yummy healthy dinner tonight! How was your day? I’d love to hear about it.

me too….made the family dinner 3 days in a row, ran yesterday een though my head said go back to bed, and yep, hit the weights and visited the aging parents….is this because i’s getting closer to January 1st, or closer to 64?
