Work has been exceptionally stressful lately. I guess that’s why they call it work. Lol. Without getting into details, by the end of the day I had a splitting headache. Normally I would have caved and skipped my workout, but I’m determined to keep my workouts consistent. I hopped on the treadmill and knocked out 2.4 miles and immediately felt better.
My point? It’s not always easy, and conditions aren’t always ideal, but you’ll feel better if you push through the discomfort.
