I have a hard time turning my mind off too. I do, however, often wake up with the solution to a problem I’ve been struggling with. Does that mean I do my best thinking when I’m asleep? LOL

Ugh. It’s so hard to sleep some days. I envy those who can get to sleep early. I can never. And then I regret it the next day.

Most of the time I’m very tired by the time I go to bed & I fall asleep quickly. Tossing & turning is never fun. 😦
