Lack of sleep

Today was my first physical day back at work since I was sick last week. Add in the fact that I only got four hours of sleep, equals a perfect rest day tonight. I did make a yummy dinner-panko crusted pork chops, brown rice/quinoa blend with scallions and sautéed asparagus. Yum! How was your day? #tuesday

Simple but so good!
