Movin' it with Michelle

I don’t sleep well, never really have, but menopause is really taking its toll on my “restfulness” if that’s even a thing.

The beach is the one place I can truly relax. So today we jumped at the opportunity to go, as the weather inland looked crappy. We missed the storms and soaked up the sun. If only every day could be a beach day.

The military has time honored traditions where they have Dining “Ins” (military only) and Dining “Outs” where spouses and family can attend. This past week was busy planning for such an event at my husband’s unit. We had such a good time, I only captured a couple photos last night.

I’m headed to St Pete later today to attend an Army “Dining Out” aka Ball, and am excited!! I’ll do my best to take lots of pictures!
