It was a chilly one, but we spent the afternoon at EPCOT enjoying the International Festival of the Arts. We ended up walking over five miles, and finished the day with a plank. How was your day?










Happy Friday!! Took a rest day and pampered myself after work. Got my hair done, hubby cooked dinner, took an Epsom salt bath and did a face mask and am now relaxing on my recliner. So important to rest, too!! Of cours me did my daily plank. How was your day?


Happy Wednesday!!!! With our busy schedules, we’ve decided that Wednesday is the best day for our long runs. We’re training for the Gasparilla Half Marathon the end of February, and this will be our first live race since 2019, and my daughter’s first half. Today was the first time since Covid last fall that I felt like a runner. I paced us during the run and felt pretty good the whole time. I may be slower than I used to be, but miles are miles at this point.

Happy Monday, everyone!!! Despite the cold temps here this morning in sunny Florida (30 degrees! 🥶🥶), it warmed up in time for me to get my run done. I’m still working on controlling my heart rate since Covid, but it’s getting better and better, slowly but surely. How was your Monday?!




Happy Friday EVE!! Woke up feeling out of sorts, so took it to the neighborhood trails after work for a good walk. Getting outside always lifts my spirits!
