Sometimes we need to ground ourselves to remember why we keep going. Today I got a great 2 mile walk on the beach with one of my dearest friends. Doesn’t get much than that!!

Happy Wednesday!!! I knocked out several sets of sit-ups, stretching, and a 2.7 mile run after work today. I’m working on getting my stamina back, so I started slowly and worked my way up in speed. I may never be fast again, but as long as I’m moving, I’m happy.
