Today is my birthday!!! Hard to believe I am 50 years old today. But as with each new day/year, I will continue to work towards building the future I deserve!! Who’s with me?!

  2. Happy Birthday and welcome to the 50’s! I turn 58 in exactly 2 weeks so I’ve been here awhile and I must say, it’s been a ride. A lot of soul workouts, much awakening, and basically, never a dull moment regarding self-discovery. To which, especially as we hit our 50s, the badass soul warrior in us says: BRING IT. Every well-earned muscle within and without powers us through the journey. May the voyage into your 50s be SPECTACULAR.
