Who’s with me?!? Still babying my lower back and knees for the half marathon next weekend. Got a good strength and core workout done, AND the hubby treated me with a gift card for a massage today which I thankfully redeemed! The therapist said I need to work on my stretching and flexibility so I need to bring yoga back on deck. How was your day?!
