Happy Wednesday!! My appt after work got cancelled last minute, so decided to take advantage of our cooler weather. Pushed myself for this one, trying to get my endurance and pace back on track. Quite pleased with the negative splits. Added 125 sit-ups and my daily plank to finish up the day. How was your day?

Not planning on the gym until next week, and then maybe not the jam packed classes. I am walking every day, dancing to Pandora. No HIIT as I still get out of breath quickly, but happy with my progress. A week ago I couldn’t get out of bed without crawling to the bathroom 😊

Happy 2022 lady! Way to hit it hard for the New Year. I’m gearing up for some races I’m truly excited about. Bring on a happy healthy new year!!

Well done Michelle! My sciatica flare-up is pretty much. Working to add more activity. Moving from light walking to my indoor bike.
