Happy Monday, everyone!!! I’ll admit, I was dragging a little for this run. Too much food/fun/drinks over the long weekend made for some very heavy legs. But I thought about our friend Jeff who ran his first full marathon, just yesterday. He tripped in the first quarter of the race which mentally and physically set him back. But he didn’t quit, and finished strong despite some struggles. I took the advice I gave him, and to you all every day-and I kept movin’ forward. I did have to stop for a few quick pauses to control my heart rate, but over all it was a success!
How was your day?!

I did my crunches, and used the upper body machines. My right knee is more swollen than usual. Too much boxing, Body Pump, and combat last week. So had to change it up.

Nice job!! Forgot to put my crunches in as well, but did 150! Hope your knee feels better soon!
