Creamy asparagus and potato soup with bacon, chives and parsley/garlic/lime olive oil. I’d share the recipe but it’s in my head lol. Made this one up from scratch.
Basic ingredients are cooked potatoes, asparagus, shallots, garlic, red pepper flakes, parsley, basil and oregano with some half and half, bone broth and salt and pepper to taste.

My wife and I enjoy a delicious recipe for Cream of Crab soup. She grew up on Maryland’s Eastern Shore so she just loves crab. She encouraged a Montana guy to appreciate them as well.
Tomato soup is great in winter.
