Happy Tuesday!! Here’s tonight’s adventure.

I’m not one for selfies, but just had to capture a picture of my new hair. The last several years I have been through some “stuff” and between that and menopause, my hair was struggling. I started seeing someone new for my hair, and she’s nursing it back to health. No one said aging is easy, but it sure helps to have wonderful people in your corner that care.

Growing up I always loved being in the woods. The same goes for when we lived in Illinois. I’ve missed the freeing escape I would feel every time I visited the great outdoors. So we’ve started visiting some of our local State Parks. Today we hiked 4 miles and it was just what I needed.

Happy Saturday!! I had a lovely day with my daughter today, we checked out a local craft market, ran some errands and then walked 3.2 miles. How was your day?!
