Sorry gang, I’ve been out of the loop since my dog passed away. I am still here, but working through it all. I’ll eventually write about that day, but I’m just not ready yet. I hope by next week…

With that being said, I also try to get back to running/working out next week. I tried to run on Tuesday and it was an epic fail!! Running with physical pain in your chest is no bueno.

I’m still having great success with Novo Renew and will be taking these amazing supplements for life…the results have been amazing for me and many of our family and friends so I encourage you all to give it a try. Use my discount code Michelle25 to save.

Thanks for all of your love and support during this difficult time and I truly appreciate y’all.

  1. I have been taking Novo Renew for about two weeks and have no knee pain but, alas, I haven’t done more than one run in that same two weeks because I have been busy with work, school, life…

Anyway, just got a new pair of shoes and am looking forward to a couple runs next week.

Glad you are recovering from the loss of your dog. As I said, I’ve been there and it’s tougher than most people know.

    God bless:)

    • I’m glad you’ve had no knee pain. I noticed a big difference not only in knee/ITB pain, but my recovery time is much shorter between runs. I hope you continue to take it. My code is always good so feel free to use it to save and share with you’re friends as well. As long as you use my code Michelle25, you’ll save 25% off. If you order two bottles or more, shipping is also free.

The physical and emotional pain of our loss is crazy. I’ve only felt pain like this when I’ve had miscarriages. We’re heading to Orlando for the next couple of weekends to escape the quiet of our house.

Thank you, I hope you have a great weekend.
